The Honda Pioneer 500 is an excellent trail vehicle in stock form, but once you add wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels, it becomes a mud slingin' machine! Our fender extensions remedy that problem by offering the coverage you need to make your rides more enjoyable and less messy.

MudBusters for the Pioneer 500 are available in 2 sizes. Standard and extra coverage. The rear kit retains the factory fenders by using custom brackets and adding material to the inner fender. Measurements are listed below for your convenience.

Rear fenders: 3" of additional coverage

Standard Front Fenders: 2"- 3"

Extra Coverage Front Fenders: 3"- 4"
